Depicting abundance and completeness, Plethora is a series of artworks featuring intricate and copious details made possible by the application of algorithm-aided design and digital fabrication. An algorithm, or series of instructions, is created to generate multiple variations of the same aesthetic, resulting in a series of artworks with a common root but remaining individually unique from one another. The resulting geometry is 3D printed in 50 sections and joined together to a common base revealing its final form. As the artwork has been digitally created, the digital model is also used to create 3D renders as part of its presentation material.

The artwork has a robust black base that can easily be hung on a wall. The white material against the black base creates a strong yet calm center of attention. The artwork utilizes detail rather than color to create a sense of abundance and completeness across the entire series. It’s color neutrality allows it to seamlessly blend into a variety of private or public interiors.
